Welcome to Orelon! These Terms of Service cover how you can use our AI creative platform for video and image generation. By using Orelon, you're agreeing to these rules.

What This Means

Using Orelon means you accept these Terms. Don't agree? Then unfortunately you can't use the service.

What Orelon Does

Orelon is a multi-model AI creative platform for making videos and images. Here's what you get:

  • AI Video Generation: text-to-video, image-to-video, first & last frame control, video extension, and editing
  • AI Image Generation: text-to-image, image editing, and multi-reference generation
  • Model Choice: pick from leading models — Seedance, Kling, Wan, MiniMax, GPT Image, Nano Banana, Seedream, Qwen, Flux, and more
  • Transparent Credits: the credit cost is shown before you generate; pay for what you use, no subscription required
  • Templates & Effects: start from curated presets and remix them

Your Account

What You Need

To use Orelon:

  • Sign in with email or Google
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country)
  • Give us accurate info
  • Keep your account secure

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for:

  • Everything that happens under your account
  • Keeping your login secure
  • Telling us right away if someone else gets in

Credits and Payment

How Credits Work

  • Each generation costs credits (the exact cost is shown before you run it)
  • Credits are prepaid and don't expire
  • Credits are non-refundable (except where required by law)
  • New accounts may receive free starter credits or invite rewards

Pricing

  • Credit packages are available for purchase
  • Prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency
  • We might change prices with reasonable notice
  • Sometimes we run promotions (lucky you)

Paying for Credits

  • Payments are handled by established processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay, depending on your option)
  • You're authorizing us to charge your chosen payment method for the package you select
  • Failed or reversed payments may pause your service until resolved

Refunds

Since credits are a digital purchase:

  • Credits usually aren't refundable
  • We'll refund if:
    • Our system failed and you didn't get what you paid for
    • We charged you twice by mistake
    • Someone used your payment method without permission
  • Ask for refunds within 14 days of purchase
  • Email support@orelon.ai for refund requests

What You Can (and Can't) Do

You CAN use Orelon for:

  • ✅ Personal projects and fun stuff
  • ✅ Social media content
  • ✅ Commercial projects (as long as you have the rights to everything you upload and comply with the underlying model's usage policy)

You CAN'T use Orelon for:

  • ❌ Uploading images or videos you don't have rights to
  • ❌ Making illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • ❌ Creating content that impersonates or deceives (malicious deepfakes)
  • ❌ Generating sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, immediate ban, and report to authorities
  • ❌ Violating anyone's privacy or intellectual property
  • ❌ Harassing or hurting people
  • ❌ Using bots or scraping the service (API keys are for authorized programmatic use only)
  • ❌ Trying to copy or reverse engineer our platform
  • ❌ Reselling access to our service

Who Owns What

Your Content

  • You keep all rights to what you upload
  • You give us temporary permission to process your prompts and reference media to run your generation
  • Your generated results are yours to use — subject to the underlying model provider's usage policies
  • You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload

Our Content

  • The Orelon platform, code, and design belong to us
  • Don't copy, modify, or redistribute the service itself
  • Our logo and branding are protected

Model Providers

  • Generations run on third-party AI models; each provider's terms apply to the outputs you create with their models
  • We're not liable for how providers handle your requests beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy

Service Availability

We Try Our Best

  • We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Generation times are estimates, not promises — they depend on the selected model and provider load
  • We might limit or pause service for maintenance or abuse prevention

No Guarantees

Orelon is provided "as is":

  • AI output quality varies; results might not match expectations
  • Features and available models may change as providers evolve
  • We may add or remove models at any time

Our Liability Limits

To the maximum extent the law allows:

  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
  • You're responsible for how you use generated content
  • We're not liable for third-party services (AI providers, payment processors, etc.)

How to Behave

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not abuse or overload the service
  • Not interfere with other users
  • Report security issues to us

Break these rules and we might suspend or ban your account.

Ending Your Account

If You Want Out

  • Delete your account anytime
  • Unused credits are forfeited on deletion (no refunds)
  • Your generation history is removed with the account

If We Boot You

We might suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Break these Terms
  • Do something fraudulent
  • Abuse the service or other users
  • Initiate fraudulent payment reversals

Getting terminated doesn't mean you get credits back.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do:

  • The new version is posted here with an updated date
  • Material changes are announced by email or an in-site notice
  • Continuing to use Orelon after changes means you accept the new Terms

Copyright Issues (DMCA)

Think someone's using your copyrighted content on Orelon? Email support@orelon.ai with:

  1. A description of your copyrighted work
  2. Where the infringing content is (URL)
  3. Your contact info
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith this is infringement
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that your info is accurate
  6. Your signature (physical or electronic)

We'll investigate and remove it if it's actually infringing.

Disputes

Try Talking First

Got a problem? Email support@orelon.ai and let's work it out before lawyers get involved.

Escalation

If we can't sort it out informally, disputes are resolved under the mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules of your jurisdiction and ours. Where permitted, individual arbitration may be required instead of class actions.

Using Orelon From Anywhere

Orelon is an internet service. Using it from your country means you agree to:

  • Follow your local laws
  • Accept international data transfers as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Understand we may block access from regions where we cannot legally operate

If Part of This Breaks

If a court says part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

The Whole Deal

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Orelon regarding the service.
