Chasing Space Shadow

The pilot realizes the shadow is chasing him. Entire stations go dark behind the spacecraft. Navigation lights disappear. Cities vanish into blackness. The shadow closes the distance. Closer. Closer. Ahead, a narrow corridor of sunlight remains between two rotating habitats. The pilot commits. The corridor collapses into darkness immediately after the spacecraft passes through. Cut.
