Bad MS Paint Style Redraw

Redraw the {argument name="reference image" default="attached image"} as poorly, clumsily, and ridiculously as possible. Use a white background to create the feeling of something drawn with a mouse in MS Paint. It should look somewhat like the original but also not quite right, awkward and pixelated with a low-quality feel to bring out that hilariously bad aesthetic.
