Tiny workers clean under a finge

Extreme macro photography of a fingertip seen from below, a huge polished steel nail cleaner with a flat pointed tip already filling the upper half of the frame from the first moment, its tip resting at the edge of the pale nail where a thick dark line of packed dirt sits wedged in the gap between the nail and the skin below. Six tiny workers in blue overalls stand large and clearly visible in the foreground. Four haul on ropes attached to the handle of the tool, boots braced against the soft ridges of the fingertip, leaning back hard to drag the steel tip sideways along the gap. Two stand at the far end of the dark line, signalling with raised arms. The workers pull together and the steel tip pushes along under the nail, and the packed dirt rolls up in front of it into one long solid dark strip, growing longer and longer as it goes. Finally the whole strip comes free in one unbroken piece and rides up out of the frame on the steel. The workers drop the ropes and step forward to the clean pale gap where it sat, standing in a line looking up after it. The camera holds still. Camera: slow continuous push in toward the steel tip, slowing to a stop at the end. Lighting: warm low side light raking across the skin, hard highlight running along the steel, long shadows from the workers, shallow depth of field, cinematic macro look.
