Orelon Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Orelon Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. Eligibility and Approval

Anyone may apply to participate in the Program, but participation is subject to approval by Orelon.

We may approve or reject an application at our discretion, including applications associated with misleading, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate promotional activity.

You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account information accurate and up to date.

2. Affiliate Links and Attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link or other tracking method for promoting Orelon.

The standard attribution window is 90 days. A qualifying customer must make an eligible purchase within the applicable attribution period for a commission to be credited.

Attribution is determined by Orelon's and/or its affiliate platform's tracking systems. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, privacy tools, deleted cookies, technical limitations, or other factors outside our control.

3. Commission

Unless otherwise stated in your affiliate account or a separate agreement with Orelon, the standard commission rate is:

30% of eligible payments for up to 24 months.

The commission period begins with the referred customer's first qualifying purchase.

Recurring subscription payments made during the applicable commission period may also qualify for commission.

Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, discounts, and other amounts not actually collected by Orelon may be excluded from commission calculations.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals

Commissions are earned only on valid payments successfully received by Orelon.

If a referred customer's payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise canceled, the associated commission may be canceled or reversed.

If a commission has already been paid, Orelon may deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate earnings where permitted.

5. Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are not permitted.

You may not use your own affiliate link, another account controlled by you, or any other method intended primarily to receive a commission on your own purchases.

Orelon may cancel commissions reasonably determined to result from self-referrals or attempts to circumvent this rule.

6. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

Affiliates may use paid advertising to promote Orelon, subject to these Affiliate Terms.

However, affiliates may not bid on or purchase Orelon-branded search terms, including:

• Orelon
• Orelon AI
• Misspellings or variations of Orelon
• Domain-name variations
• Other keywords primarily intended to target searches for the Orelon brand

Affiliates may not create advertisements, domains, pages, or accounts that falsely suggest they are Orelon or are officially operated by Orelon.

7. Prohibited Promotion

Affiliates may not promote Orelon using:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Misleading or false claims
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
• Fraudulent traffic, transactions, or accounts
• Impersonation of Orelon
• Unauthorized coupons or discounts
• Content or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Any method intended to manipulate affiliate attribution or commissions

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or platform rules.

8. Payouts

Eligible commissions may be subject to a review or holding period before becoming payable.

The minimum payout threshold is $10. Payout schedules, supported payment methods, currencies, and other payout requirements may be displayed in your affiliate account or communicated separately.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or other requirements applicable to their affiliate earnings.

9. Program Changes

Orelon may modify the Program, including commission rates, attribution rules, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, or other Program terms.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated before taking effect.

Unless otherwise stated, changes to commission terms apply to future referrals and do not cancel valid commissions already earned before the effective date of the change.

10. Suspension and Termination

Orelon may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these Affiliate Terms, fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or other activity that may harm Orelon, its users, or the Program.

Affiliates may stop participating in the Program at any time.

Orelon may also discontinue the Affiliate Program. Eligible commissions validly earned before termination remain subject to the applicable commission, review, and payout rules.

Commissions associated with fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, or violations of these Affiliate Terms may be canceled.

11. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and Orelon.

Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own promotional activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued participation in the Program after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Terms.
